For continuous and high volume production, Thapar offers excellent range of Double, Single toggle and grease type heavy duty Jaw Crushers.
Jaw crushers & Granulators:
- Body made of mild steel plates, Fabricated by employing latest mig steel welding technique for least distortion
- Swinging liver and pitman are normalized after fabrication to refine the structure and for stress relieving alternatively, these can be supplied as steel castings.
- Precisely machined crank shaft made of alloy steel
- Dynamically Balanced fly wheels
- Stationary, Swing jaws and toggle bearings are casted annealed high manganese steel castings.
- Imported taper Roller bearings are always used.
Double Roll Crusher: This design features a simple but rugged construction. Main frame is fabricated out of M.S. plates and squares, having Bush - Bearing on coupling and counter shafts.
Double Roll Crusher with Bearings independently driven and provided with bearing housings, ideally suited for stone crushing and stone sand production. We always use highly abrasion resistant high manganese steel casting Rolls.
Vibrating Screen:
- High capacity screening per unit area of screen deck.
- Small space requirements

Loader: The Thapar Portable-Swiveling Loader is ideally suited for quick & economical loading of loose & free flowing material up to 40 mm size e.g. earth, sand, stone, gravel, coal, coke, ore and other quarry aggregates, from heaps into the trucks.
